**Job Title**:Data Entry Operator**

**Location**: Ambattur - OT

**Salary: 8,000 to** **10,000**

**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in various databases and HR systems.
- Prepare and compile reports from data as needed.
- Verify data accuracy and integrity by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Manage and maintain employee records, recruitment data, and client information.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to support daily operations.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and printing documents.
- Assist in preparing data for payroll processing and audits.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to data entry.
- Ensure data is backed up and easily retrievable in case of system issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or certification in data entry or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and data entry software.
- Prior experience in HR or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Experience in HR data management is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in data entry tools and systems.
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
