**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Job Type**: Full-Time, In-Office

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Workdays & Timings**: Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 6pm

**Salary**: Rs.12,000/month

**Probation period**: 3 months

**Role Description**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries, correcting any errors or discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data entry processes.
- Assist in the compilation and preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Generate and process invoices for products or services rendered to clients/customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of invoicing activities for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Assist in other clerical tasks and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Educational Qualification**: 12th/Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and correct errors efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Bonus if you have familiarity with accounting principles, invoicing process and working knowledge in Tally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
