**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive** with foundational skills in **video editing and graphic designing**. This is an excellent opportunity for **fresh graduates** or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Monitor and report performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Research digital trends and brainstorm content ideas

**Graphic Designing**:

- Create eye-catching visuals for social media, banners, and promos
- Design basic static and motion graphics (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

**Video Editing**:

- Edit short-form (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, and effects as needed
- Organize raw footage and maintain an edited content archive

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communication, Digital Media, Design**, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Design, or Video Editing
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms and tools (Google, Meta, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Working knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

**Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)**:

- Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
- Experience with content calendars and brand guidelines
- Portfolio showcasing previous design/video projects (college/freelance work welcome)
