We work with companies to:
a. Build their data room (pitch decks, financial models, business plans)

b. Access the most relevant investors to their raise

We operate globally and host over 750 transactions a year on our platform.

**Job Summary**

**Job Title -**Transaction Execution Associate
- End-to-end communication with clients coming onboard (the clients are Founders of well established businesses/ startups; it becomes imperative to have the capability to understand their business and communicate with them accordingly)
- Setting up of campaign(s) for clients and ensuring smooth deal flow -Tracking of campaign(s) onboard and helping clients with updates
- Maintaining a seamless flow of responses with the client(s) and getting on calls with them to strategize on the progress
- Have an organized and efficient work ethic
- Ensuring assistance or help to a client whenever required and being on top of things in case of any queries or hurdles
- Problem solving mindset along with very fluent communicative skills -Minimal set of research to be conducted in the private equity space (would require basic knowledge in the private funding space)
- Strive to achieve maximum satisfaction in the client's relationship with the company and work towards extending the relationship for the longest possible time
- Prior B2B Customer Relationship Management experience
- Knowledge/prior experience with startup fund raising/private equity industry is a distinct advantage
- WE'RE A REMOTE TEAM so you can work from wherever you like - you don't have to attend office on a day to day basis
- You should own a laptop and a good system in place to conduct day-to-day operations -EXCELLENT written & spoken English required
- We shall provide a 5-7 days training session once you join in
- Joining Date - ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,226.08 - ₹50,000.00 per month
