**What you’ll do**:
**Job Description**:

- Design solutions and deployment topology in alignment with underlying server and network architecture.
- Manage portals using native Liferay administrative and deployment features.
- Integrate portal with different BI environments using web services
- Establish and promote design policies, guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Stay current with new techniques and processes for improving efficiency of the framework.
- Generate and publish an implementation plans for review to improve security and mitigate risk across Liferay app portfolio.
- Co-ordinate between various teams/groups to deliver sustainable solutions and services
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-starter, self-driven, ability to work independently with mínimal oversight
- Install and maintain Liferay portal server.
- Server administration, monitoring and configuration management
- Server hardening techniques, including vulnerability remediation and privileged access management.
- Performance resiliency and disaster recovery testing
- Automating end-to-end workflows
- Maintenance and performance optimization
- Troubleshooting of Liferay issues on Linux
- Demonstrable knowledge of containers, cloud technologies, and agile/scrum activities
- Understanding of Elasticsearch administration and troubleshooting

**Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Loki, ELK**
- Experience in Logging infrastructures like ELK.
- Experience to mange parsing of log for Kebana dashboard
- Experience to troubleshoot flunbit agent related issue
- Experience to troubleshoot node exporter related issue
- Should have experience to work on windows and Linux environment
- Should have used SNMP, ICMP, SSH, WMI protocol to monitor and manger cloud infrastructure
- Experience to manager Prometheus, Loki, Thanos
- Experience to manage Grafana JSON
- Network, PaaS, IaaS component KPI monitoring experience
- Promtell, snmpd knowledge to manage infra log
- Experience to manage PaaS exporter, installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PaaS exporter and their KPIs

**ITSM: Zammad**
- IT Service Management knowledge for Process Digitalization and Digital process automation
- IT Service Management modules “Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Request Fulfilment, and Knowledge Management” processes and best-practice knowledge.
- Experience to configure ITSM processes ( IM/CM/PM/SRM/KM) and create SOPs document to ensure landscapes completion.
- Experience to Create/ Manage workflow to capture all IT and non-IT inventory in a single place
- Experience to configure multi vendors Incident, Service Request ticket response time, resolution time and violations notification
- Experience to manage and Configure SLO, SLAs reports for incidents, events, problems, and service requests
- Experience to manage the integrate of ITSM with LDAP, ITAM, ITOM, and Grafana, Kibana
- Experience to manage the configure ticket state change using API. SLA violations notification and reporting
- Will be responsible for ensuring that automated SLA monitoring is enabled for all SLAs and ensuring that automated reports and dashboards are available for Customer’s users

**ITAM **“**I-DOIT**”**
- Experience of IT assets discovery and auto/ manual update in the CMDB database
- Experience of ITAM Tool integration with ITSM Tool
- Experience of ITAM LDAP configuration
- Experience of Bulk update in the CMDB based on unique key
- Experience of SSO and LDAP configuration
- Knowledge of SAM, HAM to provide compliance reports
- Experience of API base update on ITAM database
