**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive **Personal Assistant** to handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and a strong ability to anticipate needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies, liaise with vendors, clients, and other contacts on behalf of the Employer.
- **Record Keeping**: Handle employee information along with basic accounting tasks, such as billing, expenses, bill collections and other required accounting tasks.
- **Team Coordination**: Support team members, onboard new employees, and manage office discipline.
- **Other Tasks**: Handle other basic tasks as per the requirement of the employer to supports business operations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma (additional certifications preferred).
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer handling.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Confidentiality and a proactive attitude.
- Driving knowledge (two-wheeler and four-wheeler).
