Good Communication Skills.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Preparing Pro-forma Invoices, Quotations etc.

Dealing with Clients and Vendors.

**Job Profile**:

- Respond client’s questions about Product, Price, Availability and Credit Terms.
- Prepare and then follow-up on any Quotation, Pro-forma Invoice, Sales Contract made for client for orders obtained and submits orders for processing.
- Work closely on operation and with other team members to ensure timely ordered deliveries.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedule or other information to purchased product.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best the solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
