**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **cell and module assembly**: stacking, spot welding/laser welding, insulation wrapping, and busbar securing.
- Handle **BMS (Battery Management System) integration**: mounting PCBs, wiring sensing leads, and conducting continuity checks.
- Operate and monitor **assembly machines** and set basic process parameters.
- Perform **mechanical assembly** of lithium-ion battery packs and modules.
- Use hand tools and fixtures safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings** and follow standard work instructions (SOPs).
- Assist in **sub-assemblies, quality checks**, and packaging processes.
- Ensure adherence to **ESD, safety, and cleanliness protocols**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
