**Job Summary**:
As a Commis Pastry and Bakery at L'Opera French Bakery, you will support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts. This role is perfect for a passionate individual looking to develop their skills in a professional bakery environment, working alongside experienced chefs to learn the art of French pastry and baking.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Preparation of Ingredients**:
- Assist in the preparation and measurement of ingredients as per recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and stored correctly.
- **Pastry and Bread Production**:
- Support the production of a variety of French pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Follow detailed recipes and instructions.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure that all products meet the high standards of L'Opera French Bakery.
- Assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products.
- **Hygiene and Cleanliness**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and bakery areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in bakery and pastry department is required.
- A passion for French pastries and baking.
- Basic understanding of kitchen and bakery operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
**Working Conditions**:
- Flexible working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting heavy bags of ingredients.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
