**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products, including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
- Follow recipes accurately while ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure all baking equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Develop new bakery items and seasonal specials in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Train and supervise junior bakery staff as needed.
- Adhere to portion control, waste reduction, and cost-efficiency guidelines.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef**, or similar role in a bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creativity in designing and decorating cakes and pastries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, ServSafe, etc.).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
