**Admission Counselor / Admission Officer**

- Manage the entire admissions process, including inquiries, auditions, financial aid, and final

enrolment.

- Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for teams working on recruitment-related tasks,

including admissions, marketing, and communications.
- Work with internal departments and recruitment sub-teams to create an optimal

recruitment experience.
- Project Management
- Ensure all recruitment activities are project-managed effectively, from planning to

execution.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables, maintaining a structured approach for achieving

enrolment targets.
- Vendor Liaison
- Coordinate with and hold external vendors accountable, especially digital media agencies

and social media teams.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring alignment with DSM’s recruitment goals and brand

standards.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide continuous

feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality.
- Provide information and guidance to applicants and their families.
- Organize and participate in open houses, fairs, and other recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions data and statistics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of admission executives, providing training, guidance, and support to

ensure that the team meets its targets and delivers exceptional customer service.

2. Oversee the admissions process, including handling inquiries, conducting outreach activities, and

and participating in recruitment events, conducting school visits, and collaborating with educational

partners.

4. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective marketing materials,

campaigns, and initiatives to promote the university and its programs.

5. Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven

decisions to continuously improve the admissions process.

6. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other

stakeholders to enhance the college presence and reputation in the community.

7. Represent HKBKGI at various events, conferences, and fairs to promote the university and its

programs.

Experience : Minimum 2 year experience in Educational sector.

Language known : Hindi, Urdu, Kannada, English

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
