The project aims to double rural household incomes and reduce distress-driven outmigration by enhancing resilience through diversified, climate-resilient production systems and promoting farm and off-farm enterprises. The project focuses on Inclusive cluster development, Ecosystem and enabling services for enterprise development, Project management, M&E and knowledge management.

We are hiring a **Sales and Marketing Expert**:
**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate in Management
- Preference for specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce platforms

**Experience**:

- More than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years focused on the Agri-allied sector
- Should have driven sales growth for FPOs or agribusinesses with a turnover of at least ₹50 lakh per annum.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies resulting in a 20%+ revenue increase and establishing digital marketing or B2C platforms.
- Hands-on experience with branding, packaging, and inventory management across at least 3 product lines is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
