**Job description**:
As a Pre-Solutions Architect you will provide technical leadership to the Engineering and software development team to ensure that the solution architecture is aligned with the overall technical strategy and to make multiple responsibilities as proposal writing, business development sales/marketing aids, You are responsible for making decisions about the technology stack, infrastructure, and tooling required to support the solution. The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect is also responsible for the coordination associated with specific solutions or vertical business units.
**Responsibilities**:
- Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Hands-on knowledge of MEAN, MERN, Open Source technology stacks for Web App, and Mobile Applications
- Fully confident in basic IT concepts in networking, server hosting, DevOps, cloud, hybrid technologies
- Experience in No-code, low-code solutions for Web and Mobile App
- Experience in static, and dynamic websites
- Experience in publishing apps in the Google, and Apple stores
- Develop solutions for large and complex sales opportunities
- Develops and delivers outstanding presentations and demonstrations
- Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others
- Create presentations and design architecture diagrams to present solutions to customer executives
- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme requirements & processes
- Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.
- You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top technical talent.
- Subject matter expertise in the services, strategy or consulting sector and/or complex sales processes - to include operational experience to be able to contextualise the solution for the client
- Good commercial understanding of the sales process, ideally gained within a similar services sales environment, demonstrating a broad understanding of outsourcing and implementation models.
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that describes the solution architecture, technical design specifications, and deployment procedures.
- You are to ensure that the documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the development team and other stakeholders
- Formulation of high quality bids and business proposals
- Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort
- Developing webinars/marketing material
**Qualifications**
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills and able to act as advisor or liaison
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts and an expert in problem resolution
- Understanding of solutions requiring transformation - consolidation, platform upgrades, and divestitures to develop business proposals
- Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems
- Exceptional ability and experience in preparation of business proposals, responses and contracts
- Extensive experience in developing technical services propositions for clients
- Demonstrable Programme level Solution Architect experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant, professional experience would be required.
