Objective of role:
The Solutions Architect is involved from pre-sale through contract signature until the implementation commences. The Solutions Architect is the continuous point of contact within CR2 for the solutions design of all PS projects and will be required to undertake on-site travel in order to perform this role effectively.

List of Duties include but are not limited to:

- Ensure that a clear workable and documented design is prepared and agreed by all concerned parties for every implementation project
- Guide the definition of the System Architecture, Design, migration strategy and implementation of the system
- Understand the customer’s business requirement within their expected environment and ensure that the solution’s design and architecture are consistent with the requirements
- Capture new business requirements, create designs, specifications and determines the business effort in terms of the cost and duration
- Identifies the various system integrations, development efforts and quantify the same.
- Works closely with the customer, as well as internal and external teams to construct solution designs, cost estimates and implementation plans spanning all systems involved
- Help identify and define the gaps in the solution during the design phase.
- Act as the principle point of contact for any communication about the business/technical solution for any potential customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team for the proposed solution

Job Specifications, Standards and Requirements:
Essential skills are:

- At least 6 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant in various implementation roles in banking domain. Experience in CR2 products would be an advantage.
- Hands on experience of the implementation of projects at a senior level (both BankWorld and Sparrow) with a successful track record of working in a variety of customer facing situations
- Completion of a number of significant implementation projects (BankWorld and Sparrow), including each part of the project life cycle
- Understanding of the life-cycle of multi-phase, multi-tier, multi-party project plans with mixed discipline project teams comprised of customer personnel, 3rd Party personnel and CR2 personnel

Travel Requirements:
This role requires at least 50% international travel.
