Job Title: Solution Architect – People Portal / SAP SuccessFactors India (Remote) UK Shift time Experience: 5+ Years Specialization: SAP SuccessFactors, HCM Architecture, Workforce Management The Solution Architect will lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-wide HCM solutions with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, define solution strategies, and enable high-quality employee and customer experiences. Provide deep expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC, Recruiting, RMK, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession & Development. Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to influence business decisions through design and configuration recommendations. Architect technical configurations and integrations following best practices, enterprise architecture frameworks, and technical standards. Partner with IT operations and leadership to ensure smooth transition of solutions from testing to production. Identify organizational, operational, and financial implications of architectural decisions. Act as a liaison between product teams and business units, ensuring clarity in solution design and execution. Required Experience Proven background as a Solution Architect or Senior HCM Consultant. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, preferably within Retail environments. Expertise in integrations involving APIs, middleware platforms, and data mapping tools. SAP SuccessFactors certifications are mandatory; experience with Dayforce is a plus. Ability to accelerate architecture design using AI-assisted modeling, natural language query tools, and generative copilots. Knowledge of scalable SaaS configurations and modern integration patterns. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. Experience Minimum of 5 years in a Solution Architect role with a proven track record of successful enterprise project implementations.
