**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide visionary leadership to the school community, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- **Academic Oversight**: Develop and implement educational programs that align with state standards and promote student achievement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional practices and curricula.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Student Support**: Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment. Address student discipline and behavioral issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- **Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations. Encourage family involvement in school activities and decision-making processes.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage the school’s budget, resources, and facilities. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and policies.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary spokesperson for the school, effectively communicating with staff, students, parents, and the broader community.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with school boards, committees, and other stakeholders to develop and implement the school’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree/Ph.D in Educational Administration, Leadership, or a related field.
- Valid principal certification or licensure.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in educational leadership or administration.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional practices, and educational assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators and support staff.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable school environment.
