**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs through thoughtful and engaging conversations.
- Build rapport and foster trust by providing tailored product recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, features, and benefits.
- Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Clearly explain product specifications, compatibility, and usage to customers.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions aligned with their needs and preferences.
- Suggest complementary products and upsell where appropriate.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving and Support**:

- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical advice for products as needed.
- **Demonstrations and Training**:

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and value propositions.
- Educate customers on product functionality and maintenance.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure products are well-stocked and organized.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide input on customer feedback to improve products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with the products being sold (specific to industry) is highly advantageous.
- **Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
