Job Title: Sales Executive - Lubrication Oil Industry

Job Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Salary : 20K- 30K

Client Industry : Lubricant oil Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continuous business and address any issues or concerns.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Educate clients on the benefits and features of the company’s lubrication solutions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest product developments and market trends.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to team goals and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubrication oil or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.
