**Job Information**: - No. of Openings - **1 opening**- Required Skills: - **project management**- Job Experience: - **12 - 25 years**- Job Qualifications - **Bachelor's Degree** Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain all process information documents like P&ID, PFD, Mass & Energy balance,process calculations, Equipment &Piping Layouts, Instrument & equipment Data sheet, Project Scheduling & monitoring, site execution Assist Purchase team Ensure that all changes have been implemented in all the documents and on site - Implement improvements w.r.t Process Efficiency, to reduce breakdowns and improve uptime of plant - Impart Training of Process Lines to operations team and functional teams - Work hand in hand with operations team for efficient and productive operations - Ensure that plants run at design capacity and HSEQ are adhered - Monitor Process Line updation w.r.t to assets - Ensure that permit system is followed in the plant - Monitor product quality on daily basis and identify gaps and action plan to optimize them - Initiate Management of Change procedure for proposed modification with the respective Plants teams - Make modifications keeping aesthetics of plant in proper conditions - Ensure standardization of waste handling procedures on site - Inculcate "safety first" behaviour in plant to ensure "zero safety incidents - Follow up with R&D on process improvement initiatives - Ensure samples are withdrawn as per sampling plan - Develop material and energy balance calculations and maintain its records
