Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee, coordinate & support the Governance, Risk management & Compliance activities.
- Should be able to understand, co-ordinate and support the audit lifecycle including risk and control management and operational effectiveness.
- Driving the closure of all non-compliances reported during Assessments, Observations and Audit findings from Regulatory, Internal & External audits.
- Should be able to discuss, develop and implements clear strategies with section head, department heads & with executive stakeholders for IT support and enhancement.
- Manage periodic review of the IT policies and procedures to address the change risk scenario.
- Maintain IT Policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of the ITD and coordinating periodic critical review.
- Remain up to date on Regulatory laws and requirements & should be able to conduct gap analysis and controls mapping.
- Support IT teams to validate and manage risks in IT Operations viz. Change management and Incident management.
- The role-holder shall support review the risk and compliance assessment of contracts and agreements within IT department.
- Provide requisite reports to management, auditors and regulators.
- Support governance and risk-management of third-party suppliers & contractors.
- Knowledge of Risk management methodologies and should be able to demonstrate ability to assess, mitigate and propose solutions to identified risks.
- Co-ordinate and support creating & presentation of the management reporting like IT Steering committee, Risk Management Committee etc.
- Alignment with regional and Head Office stakeholders and Teams on support, challenges and resolutions required from either side.
- Support driving the regional and HO IT initiatives in Branch.
- Track, monitor and review the implementation of regional and Head Office guidelines and processes.
- Any other business deliveries & tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Ability to implement Operations processes, and Drive execution of related Controls and tasks.
- Ability to guide on technical operations, projects and initiatives.
- Understanding of process and procedures implementation.
- Ability to work in an individual contributor capacity and influencing without authority across Department boundaries.
- Experience of working in global teams in virtual environments.
- Excellent written, oral & presentation skills as well as conceptual and analytic skills necessary to comprehend and articulate corporate objectives.

**Working Experience**
- 12+ years of progressive experience in the field of Information Technology including experience in IT Operations, System Management, and IT Risk Management in global organizations.
- Proven industry experience in the area of IT Operations, System Management, Vulnerability Management, IT Service Management including Patching, Incident Management & other related operations.

**Qualification**

University degree preferably Engineering, Master’s in computer science/IT, IT security management or comparable professional education training.
