**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branch Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Team Management**: Supervise, train, and guide branch staff to ensure efficiency and high performance. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that services are delivered as per customer expectations.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving sales targets, monitoring branch performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Develop strategies to drive business growth.
- **Financial Management**: Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resources effectively. Ensure that the branch operates within the allocated budget and achieve financial targets.
- **Staff Scheduling and Attendance**: Coordinate with HR for managing the staff schedule, ensuring sufficient staffing levels, and maintaining staff attendance records.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines. Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales, and customer service to higher management.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**: Ensure proper inventory management and maintenance of resources within the branch.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any operational challenges and customer complaints efficiently to maintain service quality.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- **Branch Performance Monitoring**: Continuously monitor branch performance, analyze key metrics, and take corrective actions where necessary.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Any **degree** (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- **Experience**:

- **2-4 years** of experience in **branch management**, **operations**, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts.
