**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential property buyers, tenants, and landlords from the company database or leads provided.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to **client queries** regarding properties, rental management, or property listings.
- Explain project details, property features, and service offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Schedule **site visits** and coordinate with the sales or property management team.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and daily activity reports in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and convert leads into site visits or service inquiries.
- Assist in post-visit follow-ups and maintain strong **client relationships**.
- Support sales team in achieving monthly targets by generating high-quality leads.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
