VR XPERT Animation Studio is currently looking for experienced **3D Blender Generalist** to work on an International Series project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create 3D assets including characters, environments, props, and vehicles using Blender.
- Develop textures, shaders, and materials to achieve desired visual styles.
- Work on rigging and character animation as needed.
- Set up lighting and rendering for realistic or stylized outputs.
- Optimize models and scenes for performance without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with concept artists, designers, and developers to bring creative visions to life.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet artistic and technical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Blender tools, add-ons, and industry workflows.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a **3D Generalist** with a strong portfolio demonstrating Blender expertise.
- Proficiency in modeling (hard-surface & organic), sculpting, UV unwrapping, and texturing.
- Knowledge of rigging and animation principles.
- Strong understanding of lighting, rendering engines (Cycles, Eevee, or others), and compositing.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, VFX, simulation (particles, fluids, cloth), or scripting in Python for Blender.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 7 months

Expected hours: 9 per week
