Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full video production process including conceptualization, storyboarding, filming and post-editing.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, lighting, and equipment setup. Capture high-quality footage using various camera equipment and techniques.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting to achieve desired visual effects.
- Record clear and crisp audio, utilizing microphones and sound recording equipment.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive and engaging video content. Add graphics, animations, special effects, and sound to enhance the quality of videos.
- Create and synchronize audio tracks, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Organize and manage video files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Present drafts and gather feedback to make necessary revisions. Ensure projects are completed within specified deadlines.
- Review and ensure the final video products meet the highest quality standards. Address any issues or concerns regarding video quality and make necessary improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing work. Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect Final Cut etc.
- Proficient in camera operation, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
- Sound knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording. Understanding of various video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
