**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented **Videographer & Editor** to join our creative team. Your primary role will be to shoot and edit high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms, ensuring they are both visually compelling and aligned with our brand’s voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit short and engaging video content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into video projects.
- Optimize videos for various social media formats and ensure high engagement rates.
- Manage video shoots, including lighting, framing, and sound quality.
- Handle post-production tasks such as color grading, transitions, and adding effects or subtitles.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.
- Creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with trends and algorithms on social media platforms.

Pay: ₹9,851.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
