Role Overview

We are looking for a **dynamic and execution-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO)** who will act as the **right hand to the CEO**. This is not just an operations role but a **CEO Office leadership role**, where you will be the **mini version of the CEO** - driving execution, managing reporting, and ensuring that every process of the company runs smoothly.

The COO will handle **operations, vendor management, automation, and team building** across our Ajmer offices (Nagra Office).

Key Responsibilities1. **Operations & Reporting**
- Oversee day-to-day operations across office.
- Direct reporting to CEO with daily/weekly dashboards.
- Ensure every department (Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing) meets performance targets.

2. **Vendor Management**
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for services not handled in-house.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and cost negotiations.
- Build long-term vendor tie-ups and alliances for business scaling.

3. **Service Delivery & Automation**
- Where in-house service delivery is not possible, COO takes ownership.
- Drive process creation, SOPs, and automation of workflows.
- Ensure client delivery standards are always met.

4. **Team Management**
- Act as a bridge between CEO and teams.
- Build and manage cross-functional teams with accountability.
- Motivate, discipline, and align team culture with company vision.

5. **CEO Office Support**
- Work closely with CEO (Bhavpreet Singh Soni) as his **execution arm**.
- Implement CEO’s vision into structured plans and ensure 100% execution.
- Anticipate business needs, propose solutions, and execute decisively.
- **Workaholic & Target-Driven Personality** - should thrive in high-pressure environments.
- 4-10 years of experience in **Operations / Consulting / Vendor Management / Business Growth**.
- Strong leadership, analytical and process-building skills.
- Ability to think like a CEO - owner’s mindset, not employee mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy (automation tools, CRM, process mapping).

- Fixed Salary (Negotiable as per experience).
