**Position Overview**

We are looking for an **experienced and improvement-driven QMS / Internal Auditor** to strengthen our **Quality Management Systems** and ensure compliance with **international standards**, including **ISO 9001**, **ISO 14001**, **ISO 45001**, and **IATF 16949 (Automotive)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s **Quality Management Systems** in alignment with **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001**, and **IATF 16949** standards.
- Plan, execute, and report on **internal audits** across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and drive **corrective and preventive actions** to address audit findings and nonconformities.
- Support and guide departments in implementing **quality, environmental, and safety standards**.
- Conduct **training and awareness programs** to enhance QMS understanding across teams.
- Collaborate with management to align quality objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
- Prepare, review, and maintain **audit documentation, reports, and performance metrics**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as a **QMS / Internal Auditor** in a **manufacturing or precision engineering** environment.
- Strong working knowledge of **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001**, and **IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System)**.
- Certified **Internal or Lead Auditor** in one or more ISO standards preferred.
- Excellent understanding of **quality assurance**, **process improvement**, and **root cause analysis**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused professional.
