About Us BRASSLAND is a precision engineering company specializing in high-quality machined components for a range of industries including automotive We operate in a fast-paced high-standards environment and are committed to operational excellence innovation and employee growth Our focus is on delivering precision reliability and performance every time Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and improvement-driven QMS Internal Auditor to strengthen our Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance with international standards including ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 Automotive The ideal candidate is hands-on analytical and committed to driving organizational improvements through effective auditing compliance and process optimization Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the company s Quality Management Systems in alignment with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 standards Plan execute and report on internal audits across departments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Identify and drive corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings and nonconformities Support and guide departments in implementing quality environmental and safety standards Conduct training and awareness programs to enhance QMS understanding across teams Collaborate with management to align quality objectives with the company s strategic goals Prepare review and maintain audit documentation reports and performance metrics Qualifications Skills Proven experience as a QMS Internal Auditor in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Certified Internal or Lead Auditor in one or more ISO standards preferred Excellent understanding of quality assurance process improvement and root cause analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change Highly motivated detail-oriented and improvement-focused professional Why Join BRASSLAND Be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented engineering company Opportunity to influence positive change and continuous improvement across the organization Collaborative culture focused on innovation precision and excellence Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and advancement If you are passionate about quality process excellence and driving real change we want to hear from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
