**Job Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologist to lead our clinics across Rajasthan. As the Head of Clinics, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branches, providing expert dermatological care, and ensuring optimal patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinic Visits**: Regularly visit all branches across Rajasthan to assess operations, patient care, and staff performance.
- **Patient Consultation**: Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients, accurately diagnosing skin and hair conditions, and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- **Clinical Procedures**: Perform a wide range of dermatological procedures, including but not limited to:

- Mole removal
- Acne treatments
- Skin biopsies
- Laser therapies
- Hair transplant procedures
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide a team of dermatologists, dermatologists assistants, and other staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- **Client Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
- **Signing Authority**: Act as a signing authority for Derma Magnetica, authorizing documents and agreements as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MD/DNB in Dermatology
- Proven experience in clinical dermatology and managing a team
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan
