**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting consultations with patients to assess their skin and hair concerns.
- Diagnosing and managing common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, fungal infections, and hair loss.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and advising on appropriate skincare regimens.
- Performing basic dermatological and cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, comedone extraction, and advising on laser therapies. (Hands-on training can be provided for specific procedures).
- Educating patients on preventative skin care and the long-term management of chronic conditions.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements, treatments, and research in the field of dermatology.
- Collaborating with our team of aestheticians and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Required**:

- Post-graduate degree in Dermatology (MD, DNB, or DDVL) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC) is mandatory.
- 0-2 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology.
- **Desired**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatments.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Kannada or other local languages is a significant advantage.
