**Company Overview**: Established in 2012, the **Medhavi Foundation** is the parent body of Medhavi Skills University. It is a Section 8 Not-For-Profit company and is a recognized training partner for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The Medhavi Foundation is empaneled with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as a Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) and Basic Training Provider for the promotion of apprenticeship training under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Guidance**:

- Advise students on course selection, academic pathways, and degree requirements
- Help students create personalized academic plans to align with their career aspirations and educational goals
- Monitor student progress and provide support to those struggling academically
- Offer advice on balancing academic workload, extracurricular activities, and personal life
- **Career Counseling**:

- Provide guidance on career exploration and professional development opportunities
- Assist with resume writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and networking events to connect students with employers
- **Personal Support**:

- Offer emotional and psychological support to students facing personal challenges
- Refer students to appropriate campus resources for mental health, wellness, and other needs
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences
- **Workshops and Seminars**:

- Design and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and academic success
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote academic resources and initiatives
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic progress
- Prepare reports on counseling outcomes and areas for improvement
- Monitor and track student success rates and provide feedback to the academic team.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- **Experience**: Previous experience in academic counseling, advising, or student support services
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with students and provide individualized support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with academic policies, student success strategies, and counseling practices
- **Technology**: Proficiency in using student management systems, MS Office Suite, and basic data management tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a higher education or academic setting
- Certification in counseling or student advising
- Knowledge of mental health and wellness support resources
