Academic Counselor

**Position Overview**:
Join our dynamic team as an Academic Counselor and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of aspiring students. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process, providing valuable insights into our institution's offerings, and ensuring they make informed decisions about their academic future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Engagement**: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospective students, understanding their academic aspirations, interests, and career goals.
- **Institutional Advocacy**: Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our institution, showcasing academic programs, facilities, and support services to prospective students and their families.
- **Advisory Services**: Offer comprehensive academic advice, assisting students in selecting the most suitable courses based on their career objectives and academic strengths.
- **Enrollment Facilitation**: Guide students through the enrollment process, explaining admission requirements, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Relationship Management**: Establish and nurture relationships with students, providing ongoing support and updates throughout their academic journey.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with students, ensuring effective tracking of leads and conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th pass.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and understand their needs.
- Previous experience in academic counseling or student recruitment is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift
