**What you will be doing**:

- System functional Testing and End to End Integration of complex multi-element systems.
- Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
- Controls and manages own daily testing activities.
- Reporting, tracking and ensuring timely remediation of defects
- Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
- Organizes and maintains the test script library.
- Provides internal testing quality assurance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Able to debug the logs and analyze the root cause of the issues

**What you bring**:

- 3-6 years of experience with technical projects that involve **Oracle, Java, UNIX and/or J2EE**.
- Experience of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and experience of working in Unix environment, effectively use UNIX commands and capable of shell scripting.
- Good knowledge and working experience of **backend testing** (both database and server side)
- Good knowledge or experience of using authorization/transaction simulators
- Good presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

**Added Bonus**:

- Knowledge of methods, tools and technologies used in software testing.
- Proven record of software testing in an enterprise scale environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of System Integration and interface testing
- Experience in the payment card industry and/or transaction processing systems.
- Skill in understanding and focusing on the client’s needs.
- Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving.
- Ability work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
