- **Product Promotion**:Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and detailing to educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and usage.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- **Market Intelligence**:Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- **Training and Development**:Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Event Participation**:Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products and build relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using sales technology and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
