**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge**: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our residential and commercial real estate offerings.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update client databases with accurate contact information, call details, and follow-up schedules.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule property viewings, meetings, and consultations for interested clients with the sales team.
- **Customer Support**: Answer queries from potential clients, provide them with detailed information, and resolve any concerns they may have.
- **Sales & Lead Nurturing**: Convert leads into appointments and follow up to close sales opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, leads generated, and sales results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and to achieve sales targets.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service/sales role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in [insert relevant language(s)] (both written and verbal).
- Ability to make cold calls, handle objections, and convert prospects into leads.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in telecalling, especially within the real estate industry.
