Job summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote product and services.

Answer incoming calls to address their enquiries, resolve issues and provide information.

Maintain and update customer database with accurate and timely information in CRM.

Follow upon leads and maintain a consistent follow up schedule.

Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and performance metrics.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generation and conversion.

Participate in training sessions.

Qualification
- 12th pass/Graduate

Fresher/Proven experience as a Sales Executive.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently.

Strong problem solving skills.
