We are looking for a smart female Personal Assistant to the CEO for a large infra company. Immediate joining.
- Strong English communication skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills - hlookup, vlookup, pivot table, sumif, etc.
- Be good at coordinating with people - have strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ideally have 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- Be able to travel if required

**Role**:

- Collect and summarize data from various sources within the organization, online, etc
- Create regular reports - update work status
- Work with external consultants
- Find and negotiate with vendors
- Track material movement, documentation, etc
- Online purchases, payments, travel arrangements etc.
- All official and personal works of the CEO

**The company**:
Large Railway infra company with pan-India operations. Has been operating for over 40 years.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
