Ø Follow the instructions of the superior/shift in charge

Ø Maintain Punctuality & attendance

Ø Follow the shift schedule as per information given by the supervisor/in charge

Ø While leaving the work place need to give relevant information to the concern shift in charge

Ø Work in accordance with Safety procedures

Ø To ensure good housekeeping at work place & Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner

Ø Setting extruder Parameters, Die Head, die & Mandrel Size

Ø Setting for quality pipe & Taking measurements of pipe

Ø Arranging & Maintaining Die heads, Dies, Mandrels and sizes in good condition at the stores

Ø Maintain & control quality parameters

Ø Setting auxiliary equipment

Ø Operate the assigned M/C at required output

Ø identify & keep the ready tools for production change whenever is applicable

Ø Reduce the M/C production change over time up to the maximum possible extent

Ø Identify & eliminate the root causes for the break downs and abnormality

Ø Attending to minor repairs

Ø Have good knowledge about the reporting on production & wastage details

Ø Should be able to monitor the process closely & to reduce the M/C break down by coordinating with maintenance department for minimizing downtime

Ø Fixing minor issues that may arise with the production line and troubleshooting when production issues occur

Ø Follow Batch orders & monitor work practices to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications

Ø learn & adopt the new technologies to improve the quality of the products, to reduce the production cost

Ø Participate in the set up of future production lines and procedures

Ø Control, Educate & mentor helpers

Ø To contribute in overall development of work by contributing with fresh ideas, efforts etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
