Job Description The recruit will be part of the Consulting division in the BFSI domain. The responsibilities of recruit will include evaluation of financial data, such as balance sheets and income statements to determine the level of default risk, and preparation of a report for both the client and the lender. This evaluation includes calculating financial ratios to help the lender make comparisons and assess whether they should sanction and disburse a loan. Job requirements: The candidate would be expected to perform Credit Risk analysis and prepare a report on the same through thorough analysis and logic reasoning. These responsibilities necessitate that credit analysts receive at least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance or accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective clients for a Lending Institution - Examine financial transactions and credit history case by case (applications, statements, balance sheets, legal documents etc.) - Complete ratio, trend and cash flows analysis Skills Required: - Proven working experience as a credit analyst with a Bank/NBFC - Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength - Strong communication and report writing skills Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines Qualification - B. Com / M. Com / BBA / BMS - Candidate with 1-2 years of experience; experience in Credit Risk is mandatory Duration: 2 months Candidates willing to join on an immediate basis will be preferred
