**Job Title**: E-commerce Operations Executive

**Basic Requirements**:

- Strong English verbal and written skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools.
- Experience with Shopify, Shiprocket, and EasyEcom is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:
Monitor and process online orders across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Meesho, and offline channels.
- **Inventory Management**:
Maintain accurate stock levels and regularly update inventory systems.
- **Order Fulfillment**:
Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with logistics partners for efficient delivery.
- **Shipment Management**:
Handle inbound and outbound shipments.

Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues proactively.

Manage weight disputes and discrepancies effectively.
- **Offline Sales Support**:
Assist with offline sales in events and retail stores.
- **Problem Solving and Coordination**:
Resolve operational issues promptly.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Teamwork and Leadership**:
Work cohesively within a team and assist in team handling as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in handling both online and offline sales operations.
