Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for supporting and executing the online sales strategy across digital platforms. This role focuses on driving online traffic, improving user experience, optimizing conversion rates, and increasing overall sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

Ensure accurate and timely updates of product content, pricing, inventory, and promotions

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, inventory, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless online operations

Analyze website and sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

Optimize website for SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion rate

Execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, banner ads, and social media integrations

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market

Support in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Generate regular performance reports (traffic, sales, returns, etc.) and present actionable insights

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards across all platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, etc.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Understanding of supply chain/logistics in an e-commerce context

Creative mindset with attention to detail
