**Designation: Field Operation Sales**

**Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra**

**Qualification - Graduation or HSC**

**Salary: Upto 25K**

**Walk in Drive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify outdoor sales opportunities and generate revenue.
- Forecast sales, and develop new strategies/models.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Attend meetings, and sales events to meet potential clients and close deals.
- Report and provide feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Sales (Any Sales, preferably Real Estate)
- Experience of handling and motivating team
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Versant 5 Communication Skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Graduates or HSC with relevant experience

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
