**Sales Strategy and Execution**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) segments.
- Identify and target potential clients/customers, build relationships, and convert leads into sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**2. Team Management**
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet business objectives.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.

**3. Business Development**
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends in the B2B and B2C sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for diverse customer needs.

**4. Client Relationship Management**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

**5. Reporting and Analytics**
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

**6. Compliance and Best Practices**
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Promote ethical and customer-focused sales practices.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
