Job Brief for Dine-In Service Crew: We are looking for a competent Dine-In Service Crew for the restaurant. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Dine-In Service Crew responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Responsibilities: - Prepare restaurant Dine-In with special attention to sanitation. - Greet guests upon entrance. - Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages and inform about special item for the day and menu changes if any. - Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials and try to up sale. - Take orders of food/beverages on order taking pads or on the hand-held POS system. - Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner. - Must have Good Up selling technique. - Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. - Observe guest and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. - Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude and create a pleasant dining experience. - Should be well versed with the restaurant management software (training shall be provided) for taking orders, generating bills and settling payments. - Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments and returning change. - Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. - Fill in for absent staff if needed. - Should gain knowledge of menu items and ingredients (training shall be provided). - Adhere to the grooming and appearance standard consistently. Requirements and skills: - Hands-on experience in cashier duties - Attention to cleanliness and safety - Patience and customer-oriented approach - Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude - Responsible and trustworthy Work Location: Vadodara

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
