We make calling for help a positive experience and efficient channel for everyone A strategic ServiceNow and SAP partner, 3CLogic is paving the way for organizations to digitally transform customer and employee experiences, deliver conversational voice self-service offerings, enable remote work at scale, and leverage AI to drive better business outcomes. **General Job Details**: **Position Name**: Product Designer / UI/UX Designer **Experience**: 3-4 years **Job Type**:Full-Time **Location**: Sector-142, Noida **Position Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - **User Research & Analysis**: - Conduct usability testing to gather deep insights. - Synthesize findings into personas, customer journey maps, and user flows. - **Product Design**: - Translate complex SaaS features into clean, accessible, and efficient user interfaces. - Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma - Work on responsive design systems across web and desktop environments. - **Collaboration**: - Work closely with Product Managers to define product goals and feature requirements. - Collaborate with engineers to ensure the feasibility and accurate implementation of designs. - Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and design reviews. - **Iteration & Validation**: - Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback, data, and changing business needs. - Use analytics and feedback to validate design effectiveness. - **Design Systems & Standards**: - Contribute to and help maintain our design system and UI component libraries. - Advocate for consistent and accessible design across the platform. **Required Skills and Experience**: - **Min. 3-4 years of experience designing digital products** in the B2B SaaS space, with a strong emphasis on customer experience (CX) and CRM workflows.
