**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure segments.
- Promote **MEP solutions** including HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical panels, plumbing systems, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with **consultants, contractors, and procurement heads**.
- Work closely with the design and project teams for system customization and proposal development.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support long-term business growth.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in **MEP/Building Services sales**.
- Background in **mechanical or electrical engineering** preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, with strong market understanding of **industrial projects** in Mumbai region

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
