- into Outlook
- Booking meetings/appointments
- Maintaining Boss’s planner & travel log
- Making monthly expenses and to assist accountant.
- Maintaining personal files of Director.
- Managing office.
- Carrying out research for particular work as assigned by the Boss. Boss will help whenever
- required.
- Taking minutes at various management meetings & typing up minutes
- Arrange for the payment of monthly official bills for the Boss.
- Organising Boss’s personal/family cars - insurance, booking services etc.
- Essential experience in Microsoft Office
- Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint- Ability to multitask and experience of dealing with a demanding role
- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively and be proactive
- Communication skills - the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Demonstrate a professional manner at all times and possess the ability to remain calm under
- pressure
