**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Calendar and Scheduling**: Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transport logistics.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- **Personal Errands**: Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the executive’s daily activities.
- **Confidentiality Management**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- **Liaison Duties**: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Project Assistance**: Support with special projects, research, and additional tasks as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
