**Location**
New Delhi

**Purpose**

To support the Editorial Lead on a range of communication activities including, but not limited to editorial research, fact-checking, media, collation of articles and news mapping.

**Job Duties**and Accountabilities**
- Line-editing and supporting editorial products.
- Thoroughly fact-checking and proof-reading articles.
- Supporting the Communications team in maintaining media databases, creating new databases.
- Researching media trends for the sustainability sector.
- Supporting the Communications team in developing concept notes and briefs, as well as proofreading and editing key documents.
- Identifying and creating new media contacts and opportunities.

**Selection**Criteria**

**Qualification**
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in English literature, journalism, and related disciplines.

**Work experience and other skills**
- 0-1 year experience in creative writing/copywriting, editing, secondary research and coordination

**Key Skill**
- Excellent communication skills — spoken and written English language skills.
- Attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- An interest in news and Indian media is a must.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to adhere to (and manage multiple) timelines.
