**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Making outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database.

**Product Knowledge**: Having a deep understanding of the products or services they are selling and effectively communicating their benefits.

**Customer Engagement**: Building rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs, and addressing their questions or concerns.

**Sales Pitches**: Delivering persuasive sales pitches to convince customers to make a purchase.

**Lead Generation**: Identifying potential sales opportunities and generating leads for the sales team.

**Closing Sales**: Successfully closing sales and processing orders or agreements.

**Follow-Up**: Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.

**Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

**Meeting Sales Targets**: Achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

**Skills and Qualities**:
**Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective customer engagement and sales pitches.

**Persistence**: Tele sales representatives often encounter rejection and need to be resilient and persistent.

**Product Knowledge**: A good understanding of the products or services being sold is crucial for answering customer questions and addressing objections.

**Listening Skills**: Active listening helps in understanding customer needs and tailoring sales pitches accordingly.

**Negotiation Skills**: The ability to negotiate and close deals is a key skill in sales.

**Time Management**: Efficiently managing time to make a high volume of calls and follow-ups is important.

**Adaptability**: Being adaptable and open to feedback and training to improve sales techniques.

**Computer Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
